(September 2, 2006 Carmel, CA) Each referral partner will receive their own webpage connected to a loan officer’s webpage, which includes its own website address, picture, contact info, bio, & 3 client loan applications branded to the loan officer who added the referral partner. This new free tool is included in the Gold Company & Gold Agent website series.
The loan officer will first name a group for example “CPAs”. They can then add multiple CPAs under that group, adding as many groups & partners as they wish. “The idea behind adding referral partners is this; give the partner free valuable tools & their own webpage to refer their clients to you more easily, & you can get more referrals!” Stated Rich Whitworth, CEO of MorSystems.
Once a referral partner sends their client to their own webpage that the loan officer provided them, the client will see a picture of the referral partner & the loan officer on the same webpage, making the first introduction of the loan officer credible in the client’s mind. The loan applications on the referral partner’s page will automatically go to the correct loan officer who added that partner to the web system.
Confused? A loan officer will give, for example, a CPA their own webpage to send the CPA’s clients to. Their webpage and online loan apps are tied to the loan officer. The CPA’s webpage will include loan apps branded to the loan officer who added that CPA. The CPA’s clients can now apply with the loan officer through the CPA’s webpage within the mortgage company’s website.
